We begin with a family consultation to understand your loved one's personality, preferences, and routine. From there, we match a caregiver accordingly and arrange a short introductory visit before regular care begins. If the fit doesn't feel right, we'll work with you to try another match.
Once we've had an initial conversation and assessed the situation, most care arrangements can begin within three to five working days. For families facing a more immediate need, we do our best to expedite things and will always be transparent about what's possible.
Our aides receive foundational training in caring for older adults with cognitive changes, including patience-based communication and safe daily management techniques. For clients with advanced memory conditions, we can discuss more specialised arrangements during the consultation.
A rotating team covers all 24 hours, with one primary caregiver taking the lead on relationship-building and routine management. Daily tasks include personal hygiene assistance, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and nighttime check-ins. Families receive care summaries regularly.
Daytime Companionship starts from NT$7,200, Errand & Outing Assistance from NT$12,800, and Round-the-Clock Support from NT$56,000. Arrangements are flexible — we don't require long-term contracts and we review service levels with families regularly to make sure the arrangement still suits.
Yes. All health information, care notes, and personal details are handled with strict confidentiality. Only the directly involved care team and coordination staff access client records, and we follow Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act in all data management practices.
